💭 I Was Convincing Myself…

For the first 7 years of my business (2012–2019), I was convinced that:
👉 If I worked hard enough…
👉 If I posted more, PUSHED more, proved myself with more certifications, professional photos 📸, and fancy medical jargon…
👉 If I just stayed in control and figured it all out on my own…

…then surely, I could make it happen.

I had a lot of scarcity and control patterns around money 💸.

• honestly, I was scared to invest because I didn’t FULLY believe in myself 💔.

I was terrified to receive help because it triggered everything I’d been taught growing up — that asking for help was weak and made me “less capable.”

But the truth was… I was totally throwing darts in the dark 🎯 — trying to piece my business together with grit, hustle, and praying clients would come knocking at my door.

What I didn’t realize at the time was that it wasn’t just my strategy that needed a shift…
✨ It was me.

Instead of shining brightly, I was a dim, flickering bulb 💡 — terrified of TRULY being seen in my power.

I was holding so many (what I call) “low voltage patterns” that kept me small, stuck, and exhausted:
⚡ Unworthiness that convinced me I was better in a “stable job”
⚡ Shame around my past
⚡ People-pleasing and fear of rejection — so I tip-toed around sales conversations to avoid them
⚡ Perfectionism and over-thinking

These weren’t just “mindset blocks.”
They were deeply wired survival strategies 🛡️— designed to keep me safe, but no longer serving who I was becoming.

And even though I was doing all the “practical things”…

📅 Setting up launches
🤝 Calling in one-off clients

…I was still burning out 🔥 and playing small.
Barely scratching the surface of my potential, earning $10k per YEAR.

Thirteen years later, here’s what I’ve found:
💡 Strategy without self-worth is exhausting.
💡 Visibility without nervous system safety is unsustainable.
💡 Success without healing just re-creates the same patterns in a different container.

Real growth didn’t come from pushing harder.
It came from facing off with myself—unraveling the patterns that had kept me small, stifled, and “safe” for far too long.

It’s allowed to be easier.
