One of the key concepts I teach my clients is about ‘Circulating Your Wealth’ – your knowledge, gifts, resources, love, appreciation, and attention.

I’ve compiled a list of 50 ways you can circulate your ‘wealth’ without depletion to scale your business!

Sharing Your Knowledge:

1. Host free masterclasses on your area of expertise. Share what lights you up!

2. Start a podcast and share insights regularly.

3. Write a book and offer a free chapter to your audience.

4. Create an email newsletter packed with value-driven content.

5. Post valuable social media content that educates and inspires.

6. Launch a YouTube channel with educational videos.

7. Offer free strategy sessions in exchange for a testimonial.

8. Speak at events, conferences, or summits to share your expertise. If you’re speaking for free, ask for collateral value like photos, video of you speaking, contacts with other organizations who could use your expertise, etc.

9. Host live Q&A sessions on Instagram, LinkedIn, or Facebook.

10. Create an online course or retreat and offer scholarships.

11. Collaborate on guest blog posts or articles with industry leaders.

12. Teach a workshop at a local community center or school.

13. Write guest articles for popular online publications.

14. Start a LinkedIn newsletter to position yourself as a thought leader.

15. Publish a research paper or whitepaper in your industry.

Offering Your Gifts & Services:

16. Provide pro bono services to nonprofits or small businesses in need.

17. Host a giveaway of your product or service in exchange for people to take an action to grow your audience (Ex: Join my newsletter, Facebook group, invite 3 friends to the group, etc)

18. Offer a ‘pay-what-you-can’ session for those facing financial hardship.

19. Mentor upcoming entrepreneurs in your field.

20. Donate a portion of sales to a cause that aligns with your values. I’m doing this for the Expanding Your Brilliance book – we are sponsoring Connected Nest, a local non-profit for moms in Pittsburgh.

21. Create a referral program where clients earn rewards for sharing.

22. Develop a ‘pay it forward’ program for your services.

23. Contribute to a crowdfunding campaign for a meaningful cause.

24. Partner with other entrepreneurs to offer bundled services.

25. Sponsor a local event or initiative to support community growth.

Circulating Financial & Business Resources:

26. Invest in someone else’s startup or business venture. This doesn’t always have to be financial – you can also encourage, share, and support them in other ways!

27. Hire interns or apprentices and offer hands-on experience.

28. Share funding and grant opportunities with your network.

29. Buy from small businesses and support local entrepreneurs.

30. Create scholarships for people who can’t afford your programs.

31. Offer micro-loans to entrepreneurs in developing areas.

32. Start a business incubator or accelerator program.

33. Set up a community co-working space with affordable access.

34. Host networking events to connect entrepreneurs.

35. Fundraise for a cause aligned with your mission.

Spreading Inspiration & Encouragement:

36. Write handwritten thank-you notes to clients and partners.

37. Shout out other entrepreneurs on social media.

38. Recommend books, courses, and tools that have helped you.

39. Feature success stories of your clients or students.

40. Offer encouragement and guidance to those just starting.

41. Create an online support community for people in your industry.

42. Acknowledge and celebrate others’ wins publicly.

43. Be a connector—introduce people who could collaborate.

44. Host a gratitude challenge to spread appreciation.

45. Record uplifting videos or messages for your audience.

46. Volunteer your time at career development workshops.
