💼 Business & Brilliance

I’m excited to kick off my Frazzled to Fully Powered 2-week cohort starting in September! This is a 2-week reset to recharge your energy and skyrocket your confidence, clients, and cash!

I’m also guiding my Rise + Receive membership, supporting my 1:1 clients, planning the Expanding Your Brilliance Retreat, and writing my 7th book, Becoming Fully Powered: From Rock Bottom to Radiant Spark!

🌿 Body & Energy

☀️ Morning Ritual
I’ve been going to bed later, so I am waking up at 6AM to meditate with Joe Dispenza’s meditations. Still enjoying my superfood breakfast: Four Sigmatic coffee + oatmeal with Truvani lemon cookie protein, sugar-free chocolate chips, and walnuts = high-vibe fuel. ✨I also do seed cycling to regulate my hormones, which I know helps my rosacea too!

🌙 Evening Ritual
Once Lindsay is tucked in, I wind down by spritzing lavender magnesium oil on the soles of my feet for deep, calming rest. I am loving Beauty Sleep tea by Republic of Tea!

💧Hydration Love
I’m obsessed with VenturePal Electrolyte Powder — still!!! There’s nothing else like it and it flavors my water so I drink more of it!


🔮 Soul & Shine

🎶 Playlist Vibe: You’re going to laugh – I am already listening to Relaxing Christmas Music!! 

Movement/Workouts – I go to a virtual reality 🚲spin class called Les Mills – The Trip and love BodyPump (weight class.) Penny has been loving getting outside with Lindsay too! Lindsay got a new water table that she enjoys splashing around in.

I need to get back into baking and cooking now that it’s going to be chili season. I love chili and Eric and I will try to make wedding soup soon. Lindsay LOVES wedding soup!


🍋 Guilty Pleasures: Nourish & Indulge

  • 🍫 Reese’s peanut butter cups – any kind, really! 

  • 🛁 Epsom Salt Baths with eucalyptus oil from Bath & Body Works.

  • 🍳 Watching And Just Like That (Sex in the City sequel) and snuggling with Penny.

  • Every month, I invest in a 90 minute massage and a facial to keep my skin glowing (I have rosacea.)

💡 Lessons I’m Learning

  • Patience 🧘‍♀️
    Working with my nervous system coach, Laura, has helped me stretch my capacity, soften my nervous system, and root into trust — daily.

  • Purpose – I learned a lot from the 32 TEDx rejections and I am on FIRE for this talk in September right before my retreat!

☀️ What I’m Looking Forward to This Fall

  • Mornings having coffee with Eric by our fireplace and Christmas tree that stays up all year round!

  • Actually using our fire pit! 

  • My Fully Powered Talk and the Expanding Your Brilliance Retreat!

  • TEDx update – My intuitive friend who I’ve worked with for years says it was delayed and is now coming soon (still holding space for this to drop in by fall!)
