I am entering a new season 🍂
One where I no longer tolerate dishonor — in my business, or my boundaries.

For a long time, I gave generously (and I still do) — free content, Ask Me Anything opportunities, downloads, affordable workshops/masterclasses, YouTube videos, podcasts, heartfelt shares… 💌

And I’ve noticed a pattern:
Lots of consumption of my freebies.
Little commitment in return.
People taking — but not transforming.

Here’s what I know now:
🌱 Transformation doesn’t happen in the scroll.
📂 It doesn’t happen in the freebie folder.
💡 It happens when you say YES with your whole energy — time, attention, AND investment.

If you’ve received tremendous value from my work — I’m grateful 🙏
If you’re feeling the nudge to go deeper — I’m here for that next level with you.

But I’m no longer available for one-sided dynamics.
One where there is a lot of taking with no commitment.

Because my work isn’t just content — it’s my heart ❤️, my nervous system 🧠, my lived experience 🌍, my 13 years of expertise as an entrepreneur, and over $500k of investing in myself (beyond pharmacy school).

And I choose to honor that here and moving forward 🌟

But I’m no longer holding energetic space where there’s no exchange.
